Character bio: Hope

 Princess Hope of Noblia is the beautiful daughter of King Harold and Queen Aurora, and is the heir to the Noblian Throne. She is a main character in the series Noblian Chronicles.

A graceful and pure royal, Hope is known across the land for her beauty. Despite her benevolent nature, Hope has inherited some of her father's more ruthless nature, being kind to her allies but unforgiving to the people she considers her enemies.

Having lived a sheltered and luxurious life, Hope is unfamiliar with the darker and grittier reality that many people in Noblia has to face on a daily basis. Because of this, she takes unnecessary risks like traveling through the realm with few guards, naively thinking no one would have a reason to target her.

Trivia:

• Hope was inspired by Princess Teegra from Ralph Bakshi's 1983 animated film Fire and Ice, in both appearance and initial role in the story.
• Her appearance is slightly altered over the course of the series. Her makeup and attire takes on a darker, more gothic tone after her experience with Mace's bandits.
• As implied towards the end of the series, Hope is infertile. This is due to the harsh treatment she recieved at the hands of Mace and his bandits.
