The Man of Silence is the enigmatic leader of the ancient faction of assassins known as "Order X." He is a major character in the series Agent Fatale, and recruits Carmen into the Order.

A cold and remorseless man, all he cares about is the survival of Order X. He is willing to sacrifice anything and anyone to further the Order's existence.
He instructed his subordinates to conduct several experiments at some point during his leadership, including the creation of super assassins with special powers. Carmen Bane, Charles Jones and Itsuki Sugimoto are some of the results of these experiments.
